In addition, 81% of the patients agreed the lenses prevented blurriness, and 84% felt the lenses helped prevent their eyes from feeling tired or fatigued. Participants were also asked to comment on their general wearing experience (Figure 2). For comfort attributes, 83.2% of the contact lens dry eye patients agreed that the Bausch + Lomb Ultra contact lenses are comfortable in dry environments, and 85.8% agreed the lenses were comfortable throughout the day. Nine out of 10 of the patients agreed that the lenses provided clear vision throughout the day and when driving at night. Nearly 8 out of 10 of the patients agreed that they were less aware of wearing these lenses. PRACTITIONERS' ASSESSMENTS Practitioners collected visual acuity (VA) with the best spectacle-corrected refraction and with the tact lenses with MoistureSeal technology and Biotrue multipurpose solution, patients rated symptoms associ- ated with these lenses following 14 days of daily wear. Among this contact lens dry eye patient group, the average ratings of symptoms were favorable follow- ing refit to the Bausch + Lomb Ultra contact lenses (Table 3). The in-office assessment of comfort symp- toms indicated that these lenses provided excellent comfort at insertion and end of day. Vision in low light and lens cleanliness at removal also received favorable ratings after refit to Bausch + Lomb Ultra contact lenses. To obtain real-world user experience information, patients responded to a web-based subjective assess- ment of lens performance after 7 days of lens wear. This assessment was completed outside of the practi- tioner's office to help ensure a high level of objectivity. Responses related to the wearing experience when focusing for a long time on digital devices are presented in Figure 1. DIGIT AL DEVICE USE Figure 2. General wearing experiences. Figure 1.
